Problem

What this project is solving.

The existing reporting UI made it difficult for teams to compare trends, spot anomalies, and move between high-level summaries and detailed views.

Solution

How the direction responds to that problem.

The redesign introduced clearer card hierarchy, faster filtering patterns, and a more disciplined component layer so complex data could be explored with less friction.

Tech Decisions

Key implementation choices.

Used composable dashboard primitives so new views could be assembled without duplicating interaction logic.

Shifted recurring chart controls into shared components to reduce inconsistency across product surfaces.

Kept transitions subtle and composited so the interface felt polished without slowing down high-frequency workflows.

Media Gallery

Media structure is ready for real screenshots and assets.

Lessons Learned

What this work clarified going forward.

Good dashboard UX depends more on rhythm and hierarchy than on adding more visual decoration.

Systematizing states and controls early pays off when product complexity starts to climb.

Performance work is easier to defend when it clearly improves the speed of decision-making.
